On November 3, 2017, the workshop standardization management system completion meeting was held in the company's training room. Teacher Jiang Ying from the excellent system consulting team, company leaders, project leaders, project core members and employee representatives attended the meeting. 

The workshop standardization project has been successfully completed for more than 10 months. After more than 10 months of projects, our middle and primary level management cadres and teachers sorted out seven tasks, learned seven tools and prepared six manuals. The application of four tools, namely, patrol road map and patrol checklist, one-day work process, visual management billboard, morning and evening and shift handover, has improved the ability of front-line middle and grass-roots cadres to find problems, and the application of three tools, namely, JR (work relationship), JI (work instruction) and JM (work improvement), has improved the ability of front-line middle and grass-roots cadres to solve problems.

At the summary meeting, the project leader summarized and reviewed the implementation process of the project, the employee representative made a speech on project promotion, the company leader affirmed the preliminary work, and put forward requirements and expectations for the follow-up extension and promotion of the workshop standardization project.

The factory in the new era is definitely not just about delivery, but how to support the development of the company's business and provide all-round services for the market.
