New employee training
The Group has developed a detailed training and internship plan for new employees, so that new employees can familiarize themselves with various rules and regulations as soon as possible, adapt to the company environment, enter the working state, and master the necessary working skills.
Professional and technical personnel training
In order to update and expand the knowledge of employees, improve their ability to work, enhance their practical work operation ability, and improve work efficiency and quality, the Group provides various forms of professional and technical personnel training for employees in combination with job requirements, so as to realize the mutual development of employees and enterprises.
Management training
