Founded in 1998，STNM is the core business section of Lizhong Group (stock code: 300428), specializing in R&D and manufacturing of functional master alloys, and is a large manufacturer in the global master alloy industry.
With 8 subsidiaries operating in Baoding, Tianjin, Baotou, Shandong, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, in 2021 the functional master alloy production capacity was 110,000 tons, with total assets of 5.4 billion yuan and sales revenue of 1.5 billion yuan, of which export business accounts for 35%.
The company has successively established 8 R&D platforms including the National International Science and Technology Cooperation Base, Hebei Enterprise Technology Center, Hebei Functional Master alloy Materials Engineering Research Center, Hebei Aerospace Metal Materials Technology Innovation Center, the International Joint Research Center for Aluminum-based High-end Grain Refiner New Materials (Overseas), the Baotou Rare Earth Application Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Research Center of Brunel University in the UK.
We adopt international advanced equipment, through continuous technical improvement, to achieve production mechanization, automation and informatization.
The company was listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on March 19, 2015, and changed its name to Lizhong Sitong Light Alloys Group Co., Ltd. in June 2021.
