1. Demand release
Recruitment requirements will be released in the following ways:

2. Resume delivery
Applicants can submit resumes according to the required positions posted by the company. For resumes that are not released, we will put them into the talent pool.
Current cooperation in recruitment websites: Zhaopin and 51job. In addition, the information and contact information published by other recruitment websites need to be verified and confirmed with us.
 
3. Resume selection
During the working day, the recruitment manager will update and maintain the recruitment information in the release every day, and conduct a preliminary selection of the submitted resume. We will notify the suitable candidates for interview by phone, email or message within 10 working days of the resume delivery. For those are temporarily unsuitable, we will store your information in our human resources information database, and we will contact you in time when there is an opportunity. 
 
4. Job interview
The person receiving the interview notice shall attend the interview on time within the agreed time. The interview can be divided into written examination, preliminary examination and re-examination according to the difference of the position. First-time interviewees will need to prepare the following items:
a. Original and copy of graduation certificate (bachelor degree or above also need to prepare degree certificate and copy);
b. Other qualification certificates (such as professional title certificate, English level certificate, computer level certificate, accounting certificate, etc.);
c. Original and copy of ID card.
 
5. Acceptance notification
Within 5 working days after the interview, we will notify the qualified interviewees by phone or message. Those who do not receive phone calls or text messages will be deemed as having failed the interview, and their resumes will be included in the talent pool and will be contacted when suitable positions are available.
The new graduates who pass the interview shall mail the tripartite agreement (the personal information and company information shall be completed) to the company within 5 working days after receiving the notice. If the tripartite agreement is not mailed within 5 days and the reason is not explained, it will be regarded as giving up the opportunity.
 
6. Probation requirements
The interview qualified personnel shall report to the office at the time specified in the telephone, message or email. Those who do not report at the specified time without special reasons shall be regarded as giving up the opportunity.
Depending on the position, the probationary period is 2 to 3 months. During this period, it is necessary to participate in training and internship according to the regulations, and those who pass will be converted into regular employees, and those who are not qualified will extend the internship period or terminate the contract.
