Since the implementation of the workshop standardization project of the excellent factory operation management system in December 2016, the auxiliary courses of the project core members and grass-roots managers have entered the work improvement (JM) stage. In July 2017, there were two coaching sessions and one centralized teaching session for workshop standardization training. Among them, from July 6 to July 7, it was the ability training of working relationship (JR), from July 20 to July 21, it was the ability certification of working relationship (JR), and from July 25 to July 26, it was the introduction training of work improvement (JM).

In the process of coaching and certification of the JR module, Mr. Guo interacted with students wonderfully. Students wrote cases based on their own experience and presented them on the spot. Other students commented on the spot to improve their ability to effectively feedback and praise.
