The evaluation meeting was chaired by Hao Zhangao, director of Hebei Achievement Transformation Center. Zhang Xinmin, Deputy Director of the Achievement Department of Baoding Science and Technology Bureau, Zang Liguo, Chairman of Stone New Materials, attended the meeting. Dr. Zhao Weitao, Director of the Technology Department of Stone New Materials, and Dr. Zhang Ping, as well as project leaders, attended the meeting.

In June 2016, the original Measures for the Appraisal of Scientific and Technological Achievements was abolished. The current appraisal of scientific and technological achievements has changed greatly compared with the previous appraisal. According to the review requirements, Zhang Jing, Ma Tao, Liu Fei, Zhang Ping, Zhang Yapei and Zhao Xinbin, the R&D directors of the seven achievements of Stone New Materials, respectively reported the completion of each achievement.

An expert group composed of Professor Ma Chaoli of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Professor Xing Shuming of Beijing Jiaotong University, Professor Huang Huihui of Beijing University of Technology, Professor Zhao Pizhi of China Aluminum Institute of Sciences, and Ms. Zhang Meishen, a researcher of Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, made a multi-dimensional evaluation of the research contents, technological breakthroughs, technological maturity, patents, standards, market share, product income and other indicators of each achievement, According to the evaluation, 4 achievements have reached the international leading level, and 3 achievements have reached the domestic advanced level.
