On December 5, 2017, the completion meeting of the on-the-job training system for production staff was held in the company's training room. At the summary meeting, the employee representatives shared their project experience. The employee representative's speech: The post training system for production employees has been successfully completed in 185 days and nights. After more than six months of project promotion, our project team members, under the guidance and help of teachers, have trained a batch of qualified trainers through systematic promotion of six modules; Through job grading, it has opened up the promotion channel for grass-roots employees, completely subverted the training mode of "master leading apprentice", established a professional post training system, trained a group of trainers, and created a solid "blood making" camp.
