After more than six months of project promotion, our project team members, under the guidance and help of teachers, have trained a batch of qualified trainers through systematic promotion of six modules; Through job grading, it has opened up the promotion channel for grass-roots employees, completely subverted the training mode of "master leading apprentice", established a professional post training system, trained a group of trainers, and created a solid "blood making" camp.
